Gabriel Pedro Prado was born on February 7, 1980. His parents, two devout Roman Catholics,
took him home, and they raised him to the best of their knowledge and abilities. Long story shortest,
these days he writes poems. Disciple of the long-poem, he names Galway Kinnell as him primary teacher.
Currently, he teaches no where, but resides in the domain of food-service, where he earns most of his
money to pay rent and buy cigarettes. He walks to work, birds and their song guide him; creeks, dry and wet,
make him stop for a second or third
He fears death, like most poets, but trudges forward.
